At Heart Leaf Tropicals / Mantis Nation, all sales are final. We take great care in preparing and packaging every order to ensure your plants and animals arrive healthy and in excellent condition.

In the rare event of a dead-on-arrival (DOA) plant or mantis, we are happy to provide a replacement. To qualify, an unboxing video with a visible timestamp must be recorded within 1 hour of delivery. This allows us to verify the condition of the order upon arrival and uphold the quality standards we stand behind.
