Shipping policy

At Heart Leaf Tropicals / Mantis Nation, the health and safety of our plants and animals is our top priority. All plants are shipped via FedEx Ground or FedEx 2-Day, carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. All live animals, including praying mantises, are shipped exclusively via FedEx Overnight with morning delivery to guarantee their well-being upon arrival.

To protect your order from temperature extremes, we do not ship when temperatures are below freezing or above 85°F along the shipping route. When temperatures fall below 60°F or rise above 80°F, all orders will be shipped to your closest FedEx Hub to ensure packages remain temperature-controlled and are not left outdoors.

To qualify for our Live Arrival Guarantee, an unboxing video must be recorded within 1 hour of delivery for both plants and animals. Please make sure someone is available to receive the package, as we cannot be responsible for delays, missed deliveries, or exposure after delivery.
